Hi Aarthi,
This recipe is spectacular. I received a package of dried mango from my sister and had no idea how to eat it since it was very “leathery” and seemingly not edible. So I searched for a way to use it and discovered this heavenly bread. It is moist, tender and the baked dried mango is soft and almost “buttery”. Hard to believe the texture was so perfect with no eggs and just a bit of oil. Many thanks for sharing this treat with your readers. Perfect with that morning coffee.Reply
