Because I am a planner, when I’m putting together a Harry Potter party, I feel like I need the best Harry Potter recipes for a party or Halloween (we have themed our Halloween party this year). So, I thought I’d share the best of the best with you and I would love to hear what you think about these delicious Harry Potter desserts and snack ideas.

Here at Ruffles and Rain Boots, we are, erhm, still waiting for our letter from Hogwarts. Or Ilvermorny. Or any Wizarding World school that will JUST SEND A LETTER ALREADY.
But in all seriousness, there’s a bit of love in the air for the whole Wizarding World around our house. I wasn’t at all surprised when my little one asked for a Harry Potter party.

Tips to Make Harry Potter Recipes for Halloween
- Have an idea but not sure how it really fits into the theme? Make a label and name it something fantastic and be sure to put “Bertie Botts” or “Flurry McFlare’s” on it. No one will know.
- Speaking of food labels… Because so many of these Harry Potter recipes for a party are so very unusual, it’s a good idea to label all of the foods. People will more brave to try something different, but also guests won’t be disappointed when they bite into something unexpected.
- Create one or two of these based on what you have on hand or what you can find easily.
