A/c didn’t worked in the hacienda hotel or the restaurants . You end us sweating all the time in the restaurants. . They were short staffed and asked us to pick up our own food at the bowling in the second floor. There were no reservations available at the restaurants. We went to the steakhouse (Toro) and didnt had electricity and we ended up eating in the dark . The zipline didn’t worked. I was very disappointed at the hotel that claims to be 5 diamonds and is not. They only charge you premium. Expedía didn’t help with my complaint, so this is the last time I will be using them for my vacation needs. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Mi familia y yo nos pasamos unas vacaciones excelentes en el Hard Rock Riviera Maya! Todo el personal fueron muy amables. Hicieron nuestras vacaciones muy especial! Esperemos regresar el próximo año. Especialmente Gracias a Manuel y Luis (José) por una experiencia increíble en el Restaurante Wai y Umo. Y Yessica por la limpieza también Eduardo de recepción. Nos hicieron sentir parte de la familia. Muchas Gracias de la Familia Villalobos.

Just had several small issues everyday, reservations not confirmed properly for dinners, rooms not ready after check in time, a/c broke, cabanas not booked, lack of communication, key room scanner broke 3 times, language barrier is horrible. And did not receive welcome packet and info u til day 3. Was invited to a legacy breakfast to show how good the property can be and to buy membership, Omar one of managers told us to hush and vamanous just go go then because we said we could buy a property and own it for what they were wanting for club prices It was a decent place had all of that happened maybe would have been batter ratings
